Anyway, I am now living in Seattle and riding the King County Metro and Sound Transit System on an almost daily basis now. I must say, I’m impressed and unimpressed with some of the transit options up here, but it is at least as capable as TriMet. That makes Seattle a pretty rocking city. As always, I’ll now be blogging from up here, and of course blogging on trips down to o’ Portland too!
So stay tuned and I’ll have blog entries a flowing again soon. Especially now that I actually have a commute again (Even though it is only about 25-45 minutes each way)! 🙂

I got one better, because the 43 (Downtown to U-Dist) turns into a 44 (U-Dist to Ballard), trips on the 44 are pay as you leave from U-Dist, or pay as you enter towards U-Dist, even though the 44 as a route, never goes Downtown. Tho a recent Fare Invasion Study (http://pstransitoperators.files.wordpress.com/2010/05/fareevasion04-10.pdf) shows 50% of operators want the RFA gone!

I’d been worried, too. For several weeks, I saw an ASP error message when I tried to load up your blogs.
In a bit of Portland news, on MetroRiderLA I’ve been running a simulation of the NBA Playoffs and now Finals. The only difference is that I compared the NBA teams by the transit systems in their respective cities.
Portland did very well.
The team that used to be the Seattle Sonics, not so much.
